From an early age, Sam Solakyan has possessed a strong tenacity for the entrepreneurial world that even the most elite graduate business schools fail to teach their students. Mr. Solakyan has been working hard since by setting the foundation for the multi-million dollar holdings company he owns and operates today.
With an undergraduate degree magna cum laude in business management, Mr. Solakyan began his career path in the medical technology industry with the start of Modern Radiology (later sold to a nationwide company), and Global Healthcare Solutions (a consulting company). Through Global Holdings, Inc., Mr. Solakyan was able to establish, acquire, and maintain different medical technology companies.
Mr. Solakyan’s innate ability to always be a step ahead in the business world has allowed him to take Global Holdings, Inc. on a successful path in the medical technology industry. Under his leadership and direction, Global Holdings, Inc. is paving the way for further advancements in medical technology that will further benefit their current and future clients.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Solakyan is greatly devoted to giving back to the community not only financially but by volunteering his time as well. Mr. Solakyan sits on various corporate boards, has been the benefactor for various art institute endowments, and created a presence in various foundations, such as the Red Cross and those for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Mr. Solakyan is very committed to helping the Armenian community. He is one of the main financial contributors for the Zvartnots Dance Ensemble, has established multiple scholarships for Armenian college students, and contributed to the annual Armenia Fund, Inc. Telethon. Mr. Solakyan also works closely with leaders of large corporations, political officials, key community leaders, and CEOs of various national and international corporations. His future charitable and community projects include opening a secure home for domestic violence victims and a foster home for Armenian orphans.
Mr. Solakyan’s aim for Global Holdings, Inc.’s future is to further expand in the medical technology industry in order to emphasize and bring awareness to the superior forms of technology being created throughout the world.

Matt A. Sabrkhani has been in the medical and radiology field since the mid seventies where he started as a medical equipment repair technician. His professional career ranges from field service engineer/project management, to service depot formation for major capital equipment, to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Sabrkhani joined Vital Imaging in December 2010 as the Chief Operation Officer. He brings with him vast knowledge and experience in the radiology and operations fields. The balance he has between the two has proved thus far to be very essential to continued growth of the company. Mr. Sabrkhani plans to apply his expertise in operations to create the foundation and building blocks to elevate the company’s status in the diagnostic imaging community.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sabrkhani was the Chief Operation Officer with United Medical Imaging. During Mr. Sabrkhani’s tenure, United Medical Imaging went through extraordinarily positive changes, including a financial turnaround, operational automation, and centralized operation set up.
Before joining the United Medical Imaging, Mr. Sabrkhani’s 24-years of experience include serving as Chief Operation Officer for TrueMRI and as a Senior Consultant for a software company in Santa Ana, Calif. Mr. Sabrkhani was also involved with developing a successful service depot for National Medical Enterprises, Inc. to control service & repair of the major medical equipment across the enterprise. Mr. Sabrkhani spent four years with GE Medical Systems in Southern California, servicing almost a full product line ranging from patient monitoring systems, nuclear medicine, Cat Scans and ultrasound systems.
He earned a BSEE from University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL., as well as a Masters in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in Orange County, Calif.
Dr. Stanton S. Kremsky is a skillful radiologist with over 25 years experience in the industry, from practicing in hospitals to teaching at the university level. He has applied his extensive knowledge in radiology to his multitude of careers, and in turn has brought a positive impact to the radiology community.
Dr. Kremsky earned a Bachelors of Arts in General Science from Temple University, and was conferred with the Doctor of Medicine from Hahnemann University. Dr. Kremsky conducted his residency in radiology at the Temple University Hospital, and subspecialty training in vascular and interventional radiology, and neuro-radiology during his residency.
Licensed in California and Texas, Dr. Kremsky is a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. He is also a member of various professional organizations, such as the Radiology Society of North America, California Radiology Society, and the American Collage of Radiology.
Dr. Kremsky began his general diagnostic radiology practice in 1985 at Mammoth Hospital in Mammoth Lakes, Calif. He transitioned the practice to Big Spring, TX in 1987 at the Scenic Mountain Medical Center. Dr. Kremsky was the head of the Radiology Technology School from 1987 to 2001. He was also an Associate Professor of Radiology at Texas Tech Hospital in Lubbock, TX. He is currently a radiology consultant for Dedicated Medical Imaging in Santa Ana, Calif.
Dr. Kremsky is also currently the Medical Director for Vital Imaging. In his position, Dr. Kremsky will oversee all the imaging centers owned and operated by the company. With his vast amount of knowledge for imaging modalities, Dr. Kremsky will focus on the productivity and benefits of the services provided by the imaging centers.
Mr. Mir joined Vital Imaging in 2010, bringing with him extensive experience in senior sales, marketing and operations. With a background in large corporations as well as start-up companies, Mr. Mir's expertise is in growth development, team building and reengineering in the fields of service, technology and medical imaging.
The combination of an undergraduate degree in Health Administration and Business analysis and a Doctorate in Medicine gives Mr. Mir a unique advantage. His high productivity is born from and an educated understanding of the market and a keen ability to bring creative strategies to innovation, making Mr. Mir an extremely valuable asset to the Vital Imaging team.
Ani Zargarian began her career in the medical field during college, where she worked in the administrative side of patient care at the Glendale Memorial Hospital and in several different departments at UCLA Department of Medicine, while earning her undergraduate degree there. Ms. Zargarian continued on to law school at Loyola but stayed involved in healthcare by volunteering at the Cancer Legal Resource Center. Upon admission to the California State Bar, Ms. Zargarian married her law degree with her passion for medicine by working as an attorney for a medical private practice until 2011, when she joined Vital Imaging.
Jennifer Monir came aboard Vital Imaging with a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Linguistics as a Regional Marketing Representative for Northern California. After immerging herself in product knowledge and client relations, Ms. Monir became passionate about Vital Imaging’s cutting edge technology and she grew active in developing marketing strategies to effectively educate doctors in the vast benefits of the multi-positional, weight-bearing MRI. Within a few short months, Ms. Monir was promoted to Director of Marketing and Facilities Liaison and relocated to Southern California. Her educational background is at the forefront of her showcased talents scattered throughout her experience. Prior to joining Vital Imaging Jennifer Monir was brought on by an elite, boutique hotel operation in Santa Monica to develop an exclusive department and cater to their extensive privileged clientele base. She creatively enhanced the VIP experience at the hotel and did so with meticulous attention to operating costs and in effect expanded the VIP level occupancy and duration increasing annual revenue. Ms. Monir was also the Franchise Development Liaison for Menchies, where she helped develop new concepts and marketing ideas for their franchised locations. Her experience with expanding business by combining creative marketing strategies with attention to customer service make her an integral part of our operations.
Edward Halfon joined Vital Imaging in 2012, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the medical industry. As the Director of Revenue Integrity at United Medical Imaging Healthcare, Mr. Halfon oversaw a 15-site operation with over twenty employees, and was responsible for direct billing and collections, as well as project management for intake, staff training, coding and compliance. Mr. Halfon’s focus is on developing commercial business lines, ACR Accreditation, Medicare Application and the overall expansion of our business model. With an expertise in A/R protocol, data mining, financial proformas, cost containment and growth strategy, we are excited to have Mr. Halfon in our corner and as a part of the Vital Imaging family.
